Ayesa is set to offer a comprehensive e-invoicing solution through a collaboration agreement with SERES

Following the coming into force of the Create and Grow Law, from 2024 onwards all Spanish companies will be required to use e-invoices.

Ayesa, a global provider of technology and engineering services, has signed a collaboration agreement with SERES to offer a comprehensive enterprise e-invoicing solution.

The use of e-invoices has increased significantly since the coming into force of the Create and Grow Law. One of its requirements is that all companies and sole traders use structured e-invoices from 2024 onwards, and that companies also submit them to the national Tax Agency.

This collaboration agreement will allow Ayesa to expand its range of digital solutions, and enable its clients to send, process and receive invoices through the platform created by SERES. The solution, which adapts to the needs of each company, will undoubtedly prove particularly useful for clients with complex invoicing processes.

Izaskun Onaindia, Head of Ayesa’s SAP Centre of Excellence, explains more about this exciting move: ‘The extensive experience of both companies will allow us to offer a solution aimed at furthering the digitalisation of Spanish companies. E-invoicing involves structured electronic invoices containing data in a machine-readable format. As such, it provides a set of rules and standardised formats that allow data to be effectively exchanged between systems’.

Francisco Ruiz de Martín, Head of Channels and Partnerships at SERES, adds: ‘The e-invoicing solution offered by SERES is truly comprehensive. As such, it adapts to all needs and supports all formats permitted under the law. By including the latest security features and drawing on 30 years of experience in the sector as well as in-depth knowledge of national and international regulations, we’re able to offer Ayesa’s clients a solution they can trust and one that gives them peace of mind’.

The partnership between Ayesa-Ibermática and SERES reflects the commitment of both companies to e-invoicing. This involves not only meeting current needs, but also anticipating future trends and demands.
