    Railways

We plan, design and build railway infrastructure all over the world to connect places and people.

Creating efficient and sustainable railways

At Ayesa, we have extensive experience in railway infrastructure. Over the years, we have provided planning, design and construction supervision services for countless conventional and high-speed lines. In Spain, we have played a significant role in developing the country’s high-speed rail network, having undertaken numerous surveys and detailed designs, as well as providing technical assistance during construction. At an international level, our projects in Mexico, Norway, India and Colombia particularly stand out.

We have a large multidisciplinary team of experts who offer agile and solid solutions to needs which arise during all the phases of projects involving railway lines and infrastructure. Regardless of the nature and scale of a project, we always ensure experts from the various fields involved are well coordinated so they are able to work together in an effective and orderly manner.

Our expertise and technology

Our specialised teams draw on their extensive experience and use the very best technology and tools, including those developed by Ayesa, to ensure our projects offer unbeatable levels of quality and safety.
Knowledge of all the phases involved
The experience we have accumulated over the years means we are able to efficiently and effectively analyse issues which often arise during the various phases of a railway project and offer solutions which best meet the needs of our clients.
Simulations and efficiency
We have specific software for carrying out simulations of operations on underground systems, as well as energy consumption. Efficiency, sustainability and environmental and urban integration are the cornerstones of our design approach.
Loading gauge analysis
We have used BIM for many years now, something which allows us to continually improve the service we offer. We are able to ensure the quality of our work and automate processes such as verifying loading gauges and assessing signal visibility.
Risk analysis
Reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) analysis forms an integral part of our design process and is important to ensuring its success.
Masters of all trades
We have a multidisciplinary team of experts with experience in all the technical disciplines involved in the design and supervision of railway infrastructure.
