Ayesa continues to grow and diversify in Poland by securing the supervision contract for a new Chopin Music Centre

Renowned for its expertise in railways and highways in Poland, Ayesa is expanding its portfolio in buildings and cities with this prestigious project win.

Located in Zelazowa Wola, the composer’s hometown, the centre aims to become a premier international music hub, with a budget of 139 million euros.

Ayesa, a global provider of technology and engineering services, is expanding and diversifying its activities in Poland. Recently, the company secured the supervision contract for the International Chopin Music Centre in Zelazowa Wola, the birthplace of the renowned composer.

 

 

This upcoming facility, developed by The Fryderyk Chopin Institute, aims to establish itself as a world-class hub for music and cultural events. With a budget of 400 million zlotys (approximately 139 million euros), the centre will feature four above-ground floors and one underground level. It will include a spacious concert hall, main entrance foyer, chamber and educational halls, conference facilities, catering services, and office spaces. The design incorporates green patios to enhance interior lighting.

The centre will serve as an inspiring platform for promoting artistic and educational initiatives of the Fryderyk Chopin National Institute, hosting concerts, festivals, and educational programs.

 

 

Ayesa’s role under this contract includes overseeing construction, managing electrical and sanitary installations, and coordinating stage technology. The project is scheduled for completion over a period of 108 months.

Established in Poland since 2009, Ayesa has continuously expanded its presence, providing supervision services for numerous infrastructure projects in rail, road, and renewable energy sectors. Recent projects include overseeing the design and construction of a segment of the high-speed railway to the future CPK (Central Communications Port) airport, Europe’s largest project with a budget of 30 billion euros. Additionally, Ayesa is supervising the construction of a new cargo terminal at Kraków John Paul II International Airport and developing photovoltaic power stations in Budzyń, Przykona, Chotków, and Konary for major clients like EDP.
