Said processing complies with the principles of transparency, fairness and lawfulness, as well as guarantees the rights provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Purposes of processing:

  • To maintain corporate relations between companies, institutions and other organisations and Ayesa. This involves Ayesa:
    • sending out the magazine Ingenio;
    • sending out messages relating to Christmas and corporate anniversaries;
    • sending out news about Ayesa; and
  • managing events it organises.

Data subjects: representatives from companies, institutions and other organisations with which Ayesa maintains corporate relations.

 

Personal data:

  • Personal details
  • National identity number
  • Contact details: telephone number, email address and postal address
  • Details contained on business cards

 

Legal basis: the collection of data is necessary so that the company, institution or organisation represented by the data subject may be contacted by Ayesa, and so that Ayesa may send said representative news as well as invitations to events organised by Ayesa.

 

Recipients: third parties Ayesa entrusts with sending out correspondence and organising events.

International transfers: no international transfers of data are envisaged.

 

Storage limitation: we will store your personal data for as long as is needed for the purposes outlined above. We have specific policies and procedures in place governing the management and retention of data. These establish that your personal data will be erased once a reasonable period has passed, in accordance with the following provisions:

 

  • We will store your personal data for as long as we have some kind of relation with you and/or the company, institution or organisation you represent.
  • We will store your personal data for as long as is necessary to allow us to fulfil all our legal and contractual obligations.

 

Security measures: Ayesa has in place appropriate technical and organisational measures based on ISO 27001 and Spain’s National Security Framework.

 

Legal basis: The General Data Protection Regulation: point (f), Article 6(1), i.e., the legitimate interest of Ayesa and the data subject in maintaining corporate relations. In certain circumstances, it will be based on the consent of the data subject.

 

Exercising your rights: you may exercise your right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing and right to object. You are also entitled to withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal. Likewise, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you in a similar way. The data controller shall implement suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests, as a minimum the right to obtain human intervention on the part of the controller, to express your point of view and to contest the decision.
