Process engineering for aeronautical manufacturing

At Ayesa, we are experts in three big areas of manufacturing process engineering, such as configuration control, designing, standardising and optimising manufacturing processes, and production support.

We are involved in the A400M, EFA, C295, MRTT and A350 programmes, amongst others. We offer our clients multidisciplinary teams with extensive experience in process and systems engineering, who are trained to work in highly demanding environments under pressure.

With our projects, we participate in the concurrency, development, connectivity and automatization of products (in order) to digitalise manufacturing. Our aim is to make the entire process as easy as possible, and help our clients get the most out of this technology.

Our multidisciplinary teams contribute to the design of pulse lines, as part of their quest to improve production processes by combining efficiency and technology. We use lean methodology and disruptive technology (layout, virtual reality, GapGun, etc.).

Designing manufacturing processes
We create work instructions for production, based on technical drawings and applicable laws and regulations in the field of aeronautics. In addition to taking care of all issues relating to configuration control, we are able to deliver instructions in digital formats.
Factory support
We provide assistance for the production of aircraft either on site or remotely. Our expertise in processes and systems, acquired over many years working with our clients, mean we are able to offer them the solutions they need.
MRO
We provide aircraft maintenance services. What's more, following documents published by EASA, we develop and follow service bulletins.
Testing and industrial means
We develop advanced auxiliary equipment, as well as design and conduct tests.
