A new sales management solution using Salesforce for Hidral

This project involved the digital transformation of the sales process at the lift company Hidral by automating its sales cycle. It included everything from detecting new sales opportunities, and confirmation by the engineering and sales departments, through to delivery to the end customer and customer satisfaction surveys. To achieve this, Sales Cloud by Salesforce was used, something which allowed dashboards to be created for monitoring the sales process. What’s more, the process was adapted to each of the company’s main subsidiaries, and using Community Cloud by Salesforce, the platform was optimised for each country.
