Ayesa’s BPO Division is certified as family-friendly

Ayesa has recently earned family-friendly workplace (efr) certification for its BPO Division. This achievement is recognition of the work-life balance offered by the division, which works with big clients across a number of different industries, including utilities and the public sector.

This international HR management model, part of CSR and business excellence, aims to drive socially responsible practices at companies and ensure staff are able to enjoy a good work-life balance.

It also fosters equality of opportunity and an inclusive environment, basing its approach on applicable legislation and collective agreements. The aim is for ‘family-friendly workplace’ certified companies to voluntarily take steps to make sure they excel in this area.
