In 2023, a total of 2,000 companies with over 250 employees participated in the selection process for the Forbes 100 list, developed in collaboration with Sigma Dos and based on employee surveys. The evaluation criteria in the survey included several aspects such as talent attraction and retention, work environment, remote work arrangements, and corporate social responsibility.
