Management of quality control, complaints and face-to-face channels at Endesa

Here, we handle processes such as receiving deregulated market sales; checking calls by either watching the person making them or listening in, as well as making recordings; checking sent messages; and recording requests on the sales system that pass the quality process. We also manage the opening and closing of customer complaints and requests, as well as rejections, calls to customers, communications with distributors and the sending of invoices and rebills.
