Ayesa maintains its position as one of Spain’s best IT service providers

The recent study IT Sourcing 2024, published by Eraneos and Whitelane Research, has seen clients rank the company top for cloud and infrastructure services as well as digital workplace maintenance and assistance.

The group, which has achieved the same score that saw it secure first place last year, has also come out top for service delivery and account management.

Ayesa has recently cemented its position as one of Spain’s leading technology service groups. As such, the prestigious independent IT Sourcing 2024 report for Spain, published by consulting firms Eraneos and Whitelane Research, has once again placed it among the country’s best IT service providers.

Based on the opinions of its clients, Ayesa has been recognised as an ‘exceptional performer’ in areas such as cloud and infrastructure services as well as digital workplace maintenance and assistance. It has also ranked the highest for aspects such as service delivery and account management.

Furthermore, this year has seen it maintain its position as a ‘strong performer’ in application and digital transformation services as well as security services. The study also highlights the group’s prices, awarding it a score 5% higher than the average achieved by its competitors.

Ayesa has been ranked among Spain’s best IT service providers by its clients since the report began twelve years ago, often coming out on top. The 2024 edition has seen it maintain its score of 84 points, which secured it first place last year and second this year.

The report has taken into account 60 of Ayesa’s IT sourcing contracts, double that of the only company to top it on the ranking. This makes its achievement this year even more commendable.

In total, the study collected and contrasted information from almost 300 IT sourcing clients. 873 projects were initially evaluated, with 765 of them being used for the final ranking. The reason for this is that it does not include providers with less than 8 IT sourcing contracts, and these represented 108 projects.
