Europ Assistance, part of the leading insurer, Generali group wanted to automate the management and administration of replacement vehicles for their policyholders. By automating this process,  the processing of replacement vehicles has become more cost efficient with faster turnaround times and an improved customer experience. Our solution has helped Europ Assistance offer a better experience for policyholders with improved internal processes and a considerable reduction in resources, time, and costs.

Solution

Ayesa helped our client’s workflows by incorporating cutting-edge automation techniques. Leveraging UiPATH technology, a global leader in RPA, we helped Europ Assistance improve their response times and enhance the customer experience. Through our digital solution, the insurer now has real-time updates on the status of their policyholders' damaged vehicles. They can promptly notify the owners when their car is ready for collection and the system automatically cancels the courtesy car rental. This has resulted in faster, more efficient processes and a better customer experience.
