- Technologies used / Software vendors: Dynamics 365 Sales / Microsoft
Challenge
Solution
Ayesa implemented Dynamics 365 Sales, a tool that manages sales holistically and efficiently. The Microsoft solution offers advanced CRM capabilities connects with other key tools, such as Outlook and SharePoint, thereby allowing information to be easily accessed and managed in one place.
Ayesa worked closely with Lointek throughout all stages, from the initial analysis through to the development and configuration of the solution, ensuring the client’s specifications were met. As a result, Lointek has been able to centralise and systemise its sales process. A change management strategy was also put in place, which helped users get accustomed to the solution.
Notable aspects of the project include:
- Comprehensive overviews of clients: these allow all information about a client to be viewed in one place.
- An automatic news carousel: this displays the latest news on projects, allowing members of staff to find out more about clients as well as identify new opportunities.
- Prospect and opportunity management: the entire process is fully automated, from prospects through to the close of sales.
- Synchronisation with Exchange and SharePoint: This has increased the efficiency with which meetings, tasks and the storage of documents are managed, ensuring all sales interactions are recorded in a centralised manner.
Following the successful installation, Ayesa is supporting Lointek to help continually improve the platform and adapt it to changing needs.
