Ayesa leverages global partnerships to lead the AI agent race across all markets

The company expects to grow its AI project portfolio by 25% annually.

It is implementing an investment plan to certify its consultants in the latest solutions launched by leading technology vendors, which are transforming business operations.

Ayesa, a global provider of technology and engineering services, is deploying an investment strategy to secure its leadership in AI agent technologies, in collaboration with all of its global partners.

The company views this technology as a transformative force in how organizations operate and make decisions. AI agents are intelligent systems capable of perceiving their environment, processing information, and acting autonomously or in collaboration to achieve defined goals. These agents can interact with other systems, adapt to changing contexts, and work alongside humans—making them a key enabler of advanced automation.

Ayesa forecasts a 25% annual increase in AI-related projects. To support this growth, it is strengthening its talent pool and deepening technological partnerships, including intensive certification programs for its consultants in the most cutting-edge solutions from its global technology partners.

The company is collaborating closely with major global technology providers such as Google Cloud, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, and SAP. This collaborative approach enables Ayesa to stay ahead of technological advances and implement the most innovative and effective solutions in its projects.

Ayesa aims to lead the development and implementation of AI agents in strategic industries, including financial services, travel and hospitality, and utilities.

The company has already developed automated conversation channels for leading Spanish companies, enabling more efficient interactions with millions of customers. Notable examples include projects for BBVA, Abanca, Mutua Madrileña, Meliá, and Mapfre. Ayesa is also a benchmark in the energy and utilities sector, where it has implemented AI agents for companies such as Iberdrola and Enel, focused on automating complex internal processes and improving productivity.

In terms of Google technology, Ayesa has established itself as a national leader in the AI & Data space and maintains a Premier Partner strategic alliance with Google Cloud. The company has numerous success stories in this field and boasts more than 60 professional certifications among its engineering team, working with solutions such as Google Agentspace.

As part of its strategy to become a leader in AI agent development, Ayesa has also strengthened its capabilities in Salesforce through its Agentforce solution. The company now has 150 certified consultants in this technology, which is being deployed in both public sector institutions and a range of private sector industries.

In regard to SAP, Ayesa maintains a strategic partnership focused on integrating AI capabilities into enterprise management systems. The company has certified a significant number of specialists in SAP Business AI tools, applying these solutions to design agents that assist in financial, logistics, and HR tasks.

“The cross-functional capabilities we are developing in collaboration with various technology providers are enabling us to propose platforms that integrate AI agents with the most suitable technologies for each use case—avoiding technological lock-in,” says Jaime Ruiz, Enterprise Platforms Director at Ayesa.

“The emergence of intelligent agents in regulated sectors is a game-changer. We’re no longer talking just about efficiency or automation—this is about true collaboration between humans and systems that can reason, learn, and act in real time. And we’re making it happen by combining talent, technology, and strategic vision,” says Marian Aradillas, Head of AI at Ayesa.
