Ayesa creates 50 positions as part of its new international graduate scheme
Ayesa is currently looking for 50 young engineers to take part in its new Graduate Worldwide scheme. The positions are based at the company’s international offices and will provide participants with the chance to take part in some of its most important projects.
The scheme lasts two years, during which they will be given all the necessary guidance to help them adjust to the company and local culture as well as excel in their field.
‘Having international experience can really help professionals stand out from the crowd, and Ayesa is one of only a few companies to offer young graduates this opportunity. Where better to gain this experience than at a company renowned for the quality of its work as well as its people-centric culture?’, says Carmen Vázquez, Head of Selection at Ayesa.
The benefits of the scheme for participants include a competitive salary, gradual pay increases, a permanent contract and training in soft skills.
Candidates should have a BSc and MSc in engineering (minimum 2:1 and merit), a B2 level of English, an ability to learn and solid analytical skills, as well as be willing to relocate internationally and be open to adapting to new cultures.
