In 2023, Ayesa faced some of its biggest challenges to date as it integrated several acquired companies. The company marked a major milestone by successfully unveiling a new brand identity, which presented a strong and vibrant consolidated business, valued at over 700 million euros, and supported by a team of 12,500 professionals.

Building on this success, Ayesa announced its latest acquisition of Emergya, a prominent Google partner in Spain renowned for its advanced AI capabilities. Concurrently, the company has achieved significant growth, securing major project wins across various sectors. Notable accomplishments include winning the design of over 190 sanitation and drinking water distribution projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, implementing cybersecurity solutions for Elecnor, and deploying SAP for Arteche and FEDA.

In addition, Ayesa is applying AI to improve the management of education on behalf of the Andalusian public sector. The company is also playing a vital role in the expansion of Terminals T4 and T4S at Madrid’s Barajas Airport which will create a major airport hub between South America and Asia.

“We still feel that we have a lot more to do”.
