In 2023, Ayesa encountered some of its toughest challenges to date as it managed the integration processes of several acquired companies. However, in the first quarter of 2024, Ayesa reached a significant milestone with the successful launch of its new brand identity to the market as a strong consolidated business valued at over 700 million euros with a team of 12,500 professionals.

Following this achievement, Ayesa announced its latest acquisition: Emergya, a leading partner of Google in Spain renowned for its strong AI capabilities. Simultaneously, the company has experienced substantial growth, winning major projects. From designing 190 sanitation and drinking water distribution projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to deploying cybersecurity solutions for Elecnor, and implementing SAP in Arteche or FEDA. Additionally, Ayesa is enhancing public sector education management in Andalusia with AI. The company also plays a significant role in the expansion of Terminals T4 and T4S at Madrid’s Barajas Airport, positioning it to become a major hub for South America and Asia.

“We feel like we still have a lot to do”.
