Challenge
Yondr Group is developing a 100MW+ data center campus in Slough, UK, a strategic digital hub. The site includes three high-performance buildings focused on sustainability, security, and scalability. Features include HVO-fueled generators, rooftop solar panels, and local biodiversity improvements.
LON1X2 (Building C), led by Collen Construction, is a 40MW hyperscale facility under construction since late 2024, set to launch in early 2027. Featuring a green façade and efficient infrastructure, it’s the final, most advanced phase of Yondr’s Slough campus, highlighting their focus on sustainable digital infrastructure.
