Challenge
The construction of a new railway line as part of the Central Communication Port program is a project of enormous scale and strategic importance for Poland.
One of the key challenges was to provide investor supervision of a 16.744 km long section, conducted in a double-track system, with designed passenger train speeds reaching up to 220 km/h.
Technical challenges, coordination of works as part of a large infrastructure program and ensuring the highest quality standards are the key aspects and challenges of this undertaking.
Our work
As part of the concluded contract worth PLN 32,773,570.00 net, we provide comprehensive investor supervision over the implementation of the section of the railway line covered by the CPK program. Our team is responsible for:
- control of the compliance of works with the design documentation and technical regulations,
- supervision over the quality of construction works and their timely implementation,
- coordination of activities between contractors and the investor,
- support in the acceptance processes and reporting of investment progress.
Our activities are key to ensuring a high standard of rail infrastructure built as part of the new CPK network.
Added value
Our involvement in the project contributes to a real improvement in the regions' transport accessibility and shortening travel times, which directly translates into passenger comfort.
The investment strengthens the competitiveness of rail as a means of transport, supporting the development of sustainable mobility in Poland.
Thanks to high standards of supervision, the project is implemented in accordance with quality requirements, which ensures long-term durability and safety of the newly built infrastructure.
This undertaking is of not only local, but also national importance - it is an important element of a coherent, modern transport network created as part of the CPK program.
