Ayesa Digital has been recognized by Liferay as ‘Industry Solution Partner of the Year 2025 – Public Sector’ for its intelligent assistant CIVEX. This award adds to other recent recognitions, such as being named last year the world’s most innovative partner thanks to its LM2L solution for accelerating and optimizing migration processes to the latest version of Liferay DXP, as well as being awarded Best Global Partner in the ‘Grow & Get Better’ category for its outstanding capacity for growth and continuous improvement.
CIVEX (Citizen Intelligent & Semantics-Driven Experience Assistant) is an AI and semantics based intelligent virtual assistant that modernizes citizen services and drives personalized digital experiences on portals built on Liferay DXP. Developed by Ayesa Digital, it is designed to transform the digital citizen experience by modernizing public digital services and strengthening the relationship between public administrations and citizens through artificial intelligence, semantic analysis, and behavior-based personalization.
