Financial Times ranks Ayesa among the best companies to work for in Europe
This new recognition reflects the high level of employee satisfaction within the company when it comes to developing their professional careers.
Ayesa, a global provider of technology and engineering services, has been ranked among the top 1,000 companies to work for in Europe, according to the latest listing compiled by the Financial Times and Statista. Just days after being named one of the best companies to work for in Spain by Forbes magazine, this continental milestone further strengthens Ayesa’s position as one of the most attractive organizations for professionals seeking to build their careers.
This recognition is especially meaningful, as the rankings are based directly on employee feedback. Professionals from each company rate their employers across a range of criteria, including workplace environment, working conditions, corporate culture, and willingness to recommend their organization to others. In this edition, the Financial Times and Statista gathered responses from more than 100,000 employees across 2,500 companies, spanning 17 European countries and 26 different industries.
Well-being, work-Life balance, and learning opportunities
The Financial Times ranking reinforces Ayesa’s strategic focus on maximizing employee satisfaction—an approach that, according to Javier Alfaro, Chief People Officer, is grounded in the belief that “our people are our most valuable asset. They enhance the added value of our services and differentiate us from the competition.”
Alfaro emphasizes that Ayesa’s HR strategy is centered on “promoting emotional, physical, and financial well-being; fostering diversity and inclusion by building a culture of equal opportunity in an optimal working environment; and encouraging work-life balance.” A standout initiative in this area is Ayesa’s SmartJob model—a smart working system based on multi-location flexibility, collaborative tools, and the digitalization of the workplace.
Ayesa employees have also rated the company highly for its wide range of training and development opportunities. Notable initiatives include the Junior University program—one of the most attractive corporate scholarship and internship schemes—and the Graduate Worldwide program, which supports the professional growth of talent with international experience. This program enables employees to participate in world-class engineering projects, working alongside industry-leading experts and engaging in tailored development pathways.
