Driving Growth Organically and by Strategic Acquisition

These rankings highlight Ayesa’s strong growth trajectory, underpinned by successful integration of acquisitions and expansion into new markets. Over the past three years, the company has tripled in size, combining organic growth with strategic acquisitions across Europe, the Middle East, and Australia – including ADP Consulting, a leading engineering sustainable design firm acquired in February 2025, with six offices and over 300 professionals. Ayesa revenue has reached nearly €800 million in 2024 with backlog surpassing €1.5 billion.

With 13,000 professionals spanning 80 technical disciplines, Ayesa demonstrates both the depth of its technical capability and its ability to stay locally committed while leveraging global scale for international clients.

Rosalio Tomas Alonso Peces, Ayesa’s Global Chief Operations Officer commented:

“Being recognised for half a decade in the Top 50 is testament to the dedication of our teams across all regions. I want to extend my thanks and congratulations to all our colleagues worldwide for their sustained efforts and hard work.

Our strategy of combining organic growth with strategic acquisitions has made us a stronger global partner to our clients. We remain committed to applying our 60 years of expertise to help societies meet the challenges of sustainable development, the energy transition, and climate change.”
