This Registry of Treatment Activities (hereinafter “RAT”) provides information on the processing of Personal Data through the website https://www.ayesa.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), in accordance with the principles of transparency, loyalty and legality as well as the rights of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to treatment of personal data and the free circulation of these data and which repeals Directive 95/46/CE (“GDPR”).

Purpose
The personal data provided by the data subject through the contact form available at https://www.ayesa.com/contact will be processed for the purpose of managing and responding to enquiries received via said channel, relating to any of the following categories explicitly indicated in the form:
- Interest in a potential project with AYESA.
- Enquiries related to technology/IT services.
- Enquiries related to engineering services.
- Employment at AYESA.
- Any other general or unclassified enquiry.
The processing of personal data shall be strictly limited to managing, monitoring, and, where appropriate, responding to the submitted enquiry, according to the nature of the selected reason for contact. The data will not be used for purposes other than those stated.
Should you provide your express consent, AYESA may send commercial communications to the email address you have provided.
In accordance with the purpose limitation principle set out in Article 5.1(b) of the GDPR, no further processing shall be undertaken which is incompatible with the aforementioned purpose.
Furthermore, it is expressly stated that no automated decisions shall be made, nor profiling carried out, based on the data provided via this channel.

Once this has concluded, the data will be blocked for the legally established periods to address any potential liabilities arising from the established relationship, and thereafter securely erased.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented, based on ISO 27001 and the Spanish National Security Framework (ENS), to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the personal data processed.
