We are looking to expand our team with 1 Sr. Business Analyst to join an exciting and stable project. This position is available across Spain and offers a great work-life balance.

What Youll Do?

Develop a strong understanding of the Energy sector and its strategic priorities.

Lead workshops to capture and document business needs, translating them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.

Analyze current (As-Is) processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design optimized (To-Be) workflows.

Create and maintain documentation such as Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and priorities.

Manage backlog, scope, and prioritization in collaboration with the Program Director and Project Manager.

Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support data validation with analytics teams.

Provide functional support during system rollouts and early adoption phases.

Requirements

What We're Looking For?

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Energy sector or Critical Asset Management environments.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and process modeling techniques (BPMN, swim lanes).

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills with non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage requirements in dynamic, cross-functional settings.

Fluent English (C1 minimum) - written and spoken.

Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering business value.
