Salalah and Sharqiyah desalination plants

The Salalah and Sharqiyah desalination plants project consists of two reverse osmosis desalination plants in the Gulf of Oman, whose purpose is the potable water supply respectively to the Dhofar region and the Sharqiyah area.

Ayesa’s scope of work is the Project Definition report, the risk matrix, the site surveys (topography, bathymetry, geotechnical survey, seawater quality survey and recirculation study), the Minimum Functional Specifications, the approval of the technical interfaces with Third Parties, the technical support to OPWP during the tendering period, the tender evaluation report and the technical support during contract negotiation until final award of the project to the IWP Project Company.
