Within the commercial IT systems for utilities providers, Ayesa has participated in projects with large companies. Precisely, it has been selected by Salesforce as the premium partner in large accounts, for the implementation of the B2C platform for Endesa.

And it is that the firm is currently collaborating with the energy group in the execution of a complete transformation of its commercial processes, related to both large-scale customers and companies (own B2B segment), and domestic customers (B2C). 

This also includes pre-sales, sales, procurement, switching management and customer services.

With this transformation, new paradigms and the latest market trends in digital processes, multichannel, big-data, machine Learning or cloud items are being incorporated.

For this reason, the Salesforce solution has been selected as the base technology platform, from which we are agilely modelling the new personalised business processes, at the same time implementing the new "customer journeys" that provide a new improved experience in the customer-company relationship, both from the point of marketing and sale, and from the point of view of subsequent processes of contracting and individualised attention.

Ayesa carries out the entire cycle of implementation of the solution: definition, design, construction, testing, migration, implementation in production and monitoring of the business in the transaction. The Agile methodology has been selected as a frame of reference for the implementation of the different tasks contemplated, since it is perfectly adapted to the needs of our client and to the selected solution. This allows for the contribution of real value and results to the business.
