Ayesa will take part in the technological development of the Single Social Record (Spanish abbreviation: HSU), led by the Andalusian regional government’s Department of Equality and Social Policies. Other participants in the project, in addition to Ayesa, include the Dos Hermanas local authority, the International University of Andalusia, the specialist company Sarquavitae and the technological companies, Sopra and Isotrol.
With the establishment of the HSU, people receiving social services will have at their disposal a single record in digital format which will gather together all the information relating to their care needs and the planning, follow-up and assessment of their social care programme.
The project will last for three years and is divided into various phases. First, an analysis of the current situation will be carried out, which will serve as a baseline for determining the updates that are needed. Following this, the Regional Single Social Register (known in English by the acronym RESISOR) will be developed, based on integrating the information in the current systems, with the development of new components enabling the implementation of new services. The third phase includes operational tests and the training of personnel as well as the implementation of a pilot scheme at the Dos Hermanas (Seville) town hall. Lastly, various initiatives will be carried out focussing on assessment and a comprehensive communication plan.
The project, with a budget of 2.4 million euros and scheduled to last over three years, has financing from European Community funds.
