In addition to file and payroll management, Gerhonte is comprised of several interconnected modules that enable a comprehensive management of the workforce, the complement to the professional performance, union elections and the module of shifts and absences, which allows for the monitoring and overseeing of working shifts and, in general, of all the situations involving presence and absence that a professional belonging to the agency may require.
Moreover, within the project all the applications that allow for the management of the SAS’ recruitment processes are developed and maintained, including herein the Public Employment Announcements, Official Transfer Requests and the Temporary Employment Exchange, the latter system with more than 400,000 professionals listed and more than 8 million registered merits.
In the area of recruitment processes, a 100% wholly digital system has recently been put in place to handle candidates’ CVs, named CV Digital, which will allow for all job applicants within the SAS to provide all the information related to their qualifications, experience or certificates only once, in such a way that they can be submitted to all recruitment process announcements without having to re-enter their merits, as they already form part of the centralised CV Digital repository.
With this, Andalusia has become one of the first autonomous communities to develop a completely digital system for the management of personnel selection processes, which shortens the times of these processes and completely eliminates the use of paper in the same. At the same time, it facilitates candidates to complete the entire online process through the SAS website, whose maintenance is also encompassed by the project.
