The GIRO project which Ayesa is developing, is a large project to transform the economic-financial management of Andalusian regional administration and all its instrumental organizations. This is done through the implementation of a Integral Management System of Organizational Resources (ERP) and by transferring all information stored on the current Jupiter system.
The solution electronically combines the whole process of planning and management of financial and economic services, income and expenditure, administrative contracting and human resources management, through a system designed and tailored to the specific needs of a regional administration. Moreover, it will offer a high degree of scalability and flexibility to allow it to be adapted to future changes in the law or new requirements, transforming it into a tool which contributes to an ever more effective and efficient Administration.
One of the great challenges of this project is the management of change and the familiarization of the user with the new system. In order to facilitate the migration to the new system, a management plan for change has been designed, which will be implemented at the same time as the implementation of the new system.
