Implementation in the Chamber of Commerce of Seville

Ayesa was the company chosen to carry out the transformation of the management of the Chamber of Commerce of Seville, through the implementation of a new ERP with SAP technology.

The contract covered the implementation of the following modules: finance, treasury, purchasing, controlling general expenses, projects and HR.

In addition to the implementation of the ERP, they also subsequently carried out the support and maintenance tasks of the system as a technological provider.

All project stages were performed by Ayesa in line with the ASAP methodology, from the Functional Design, through the final preparation and preparation phase, to the go-live and support / Maintenance stages. All these works were performed in the client's facilities and with their own personnel.
