Evolution of the CRM of the VIP area of the Wanda Metropolitan Stadium

Ayesa has undertaken for Centerplate, the world's largest company of hospitality services for sporting events, the evolution of the customer management system (CRM) using Salesforce technology for the VIP area of ​​the Wanda Metropolitan Stadium. 

The aim is to achieve a more streamlined and integrated management system and lay down solid foundations to continue evolving core services.

The improvements introduced have focused mainly on the sales process, enabling the incorporation of all the products that CenterplateISG has, such as ticketing, season tickets or concerts. Likewise, new functional aspects have been installed and billing has been automated, thus increasing the efficiency of operations and allowing for their real time management.

The stadium has a capacity for 68,000 spectators, of which some 6,000 are VIP seats.  The VIP box area is traded under the name Neptuno Premium.
