Comprehensive payroll management

Ayesa offers a flexible service for the comprehensive management of payrolls for firms of all sizes and from all sectors.

The service is based on cloud solutions, which prevent companies from investing in SW and allows a 50% saving in the procedural costs.

The system contemplates:

  • New registrations and terminations of contracts
  • Contribution files.
  • Monthly receipts of payroll, severance settlements and additional receipts of salaries (extra payments, arrears, etc.)
  • Reports of costs, accounting entry, list of Temporary Disability processes, notice of contract maturity ...
  • Transfer Management
  • Declarations of periodic withholdings ...
  • Average report on workforce numbers.

In addition, this is integrated with the main market ERP in a transparent manner. Alongside this, Ayesa has migration models, from the main payroll systems to our system in the cloud, to facilitate the transition quickly and easily.
