Urban design for the area sector Pago del Medio, La Rinconada (Sevilla)

The SUNP-1 “Pago del Medio” is land classified by the PGMOU (General Urban Plan) of La Rinconada as non-programmed urbanizable land whose purpose is to define the continuity between the towns of La Rinconada and San Jose. The intervention is of great importance given not only its significant size but also given the role it will have for the interconnection of the two main towns in the municipality of La Rinconada. This land area has significant potential value in the organization of the Seville Metropolitan Area, given its location and the direct connection to Seville via its northern access highway.

 Works included:

  • Subdivision Plan including detailed urban design.
  • General Urban Development design.
  • Equidistribution Tool.
  • Other studies, design detail, and reports as required.
