Corporación Zubieta is one of Spain’s leading hotel groups. Based in San Sebastián, it manages Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra and Hotel Villa Favorita (both in the city), as well as Hotel Ribera de Triana (in Seville).
It has traditionally managed its business processes using an ERP solution based on NAV. However, this has become increasingly outdated, unable to effectively meet the needs of an industry as dynamic as tourism.
This led Corporación Zubieta to embark on a journey of digital transformation alongside Ayesa. Essentially, the strategy has been designed to: ensure the continuity of operations at its hotels, unify the group’s management processes in a cloud environment, optimise and centralise decision-making, and foster collaboration between teams.
Using Dynamics 365 Business Central, the company has implemented a platform that centralises all its operations. This has allowed it to become more efficient, responsive and transparent, as well as fully oversee its business processes.
The project is a reflection of Corporación Zubieta’s commitment to implementing the latest technology as well as operational excellence.
