Ayesa acquires M2C to grow in data management and process automation technologies

Ayesa, an international provider of IT and engineering services, has acquired M2C, a Spanish IT consulting firm specialised in data management and process automation solutions.

Founded in 2004, M2C offers advanced technology solutions in the fields of big data, data analytics, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation for the insurance, banking and telecom sectors. It currently has 255 employees.

Ayesa is currently working on consolidating its position as Spain’s leading provider of IT services. Following the majority investment of A&M Capital Europe in Ayesa, the group has launched a strategic plan to drive growth organically and via acquisitions, designed to allow is to reach its full potential in emerging technologies as well as continue to diversify into different sectors. M2C represents Ayesa’s second transaction in 2022.

José Luis Manzanares, CEO of Ayesa, said: ‘the addition of M2C to the Ayesa group will generate significant synergies in both directions. Ayesa has a strong position in utilities and the public sector, highly complementary to M2C’s functional expertise, and a global network of offices in 20 countries. He also noted how ‘M2C will now be in ideally positioned to take on even bigger projects across the globe’.
