Ayesa, once again ranked number 1 IT services provider in Spain

Breaks all records, achieves 89 points in overall customer satisfaction – the highest score ever attained by any provider.

Ayesa has secured the top position in 8 of the 12 independent annual reports published since 2014 by consulting firms Eraneos and Whitelane Research, consistently maintaining a leading position in the rankings.

Ayesa further solidifies its status as the leading technology services provider in the Spanish market in recent years. The prestigious IT Sourcing Study conducted by Eraneos and Whitelane Research—based on feedback from over 300 clients across both the public and private sectors—once again places Ayesa at the top of its rankings.

Since the report’s inception in 2014, Ayesa has consistently held a top-tier position, ranking number one in 8 out of the 12 editions. This year, it has made a significant leap forward by reaching an overall customer satisfaction score of 89 points—the highest ever recorded by any provider to date. Ayesa also ranks within the Top 5 across all service categories evaluated.

The study analyzed the 34 leading IT service providers in Spain (only providers with at least eight contract evaluations are included in the rankings). Ayesa emerged as the clear leader in several key areas, including Service Delivery—highlighting its “on-time delivery, quality, and technical expertise”—and Account Management, noted for its “high-quality and capable teams”. Ayesa also ranked first in Security Services and Network & Connectivity Services.

Exceptional performance

The report further recognizes Ayesa’s capabilities as “exceptional” in Application Services—such as application development and daily maintenance through methodologies like DevOps, Scrum, or Waterfall—and in Infrastructure and Cloud Services, encompassing daily operations, data center integration and support, managed infrastructure, and IaaS/PaaS offerings, among others.

Additionally, the study highlights Ayesa’s commitment to Sustainability, commending its use of technology “both sustainably and as a means to drive sustainability—reducing environmental impact, carbon emissions, and improving eco-credentials.” Ayesa also stands out for its focus on Innovation, “leveraging new technologies and offering innovative services”, and for its Pricing, “aligned with comparable services in the market”.

The report also spotlights Ayesa’s leadership in AI and Generative AI “for maximizing the use of AI and GenAI tools to enhance and optimize service delivery”; in Transformation “for driving impactful changes that reshape business operations”; and in Workplace Services, “for the daily maintenance and support of the digital workplace, including on-site support and help desk services”—ranking above industry average in all these areas.

Moreover, Ayesa was one of the providers with the highest number of contracts analyzed—around fifty—further reinforcing the significance and credibility of its outstanding performance in this year’s edition.
