Our expropriation teams carry out the integral management of an expropriation process through complete technical and legal assistance gathered from public information, market studies, certificate issuances process, until valuation, and creation of the appraisal sheets. We specialized in soil valuation, buildings, business cessations or removal. The equipment carrying out the expropriation management is conformed basically by lawyers, agronomist engineers, agricultural technical engineers, forest engineers, and administrative staff. Such teams travel to the respective territorial fields where the expropriation takes place with a huge array of computing media and appropriate database access for the different certificate issuances.

With regard to quality control and innovation in materials, we are pioneers in Spain of the Self-Compacting Concrete [Hormigón Autocompactante (HAC)] specifically in the construction of the Guardián del Castillo Bridge, at Alcalá de Guadaíra (Seville).

Due to the Works Management and Technical Assistances departments of numerous infrastructures in every field of engineering, along with the Supervision Plans implantation and follow-up, we have a Quality Assurance Plan that can offer a high level of recognized experience in the quality control of different materials and in the inspection during the pre-manufactured elements manufacturing.

Drafts

The previous step for a project without unexpected situations

During the draft phase, we consider extremely important and inalienable to know how to detect and define the fundamental aspects of the new infrastructure. This way, we are 100% sure that there is no gap that creates any surprise in the further constructive project development that endangers the previous conception of it or its viability.

Most of the time, the customer will not conceive the draft development independently but will set out its drafting jointly with the Previous Studies, the Viability Studies, and, even, with further Construction Projects.
