Since the beginning, more than 40 years ago, we have taken part in Technical Assistance for Control and Surveillance in several infrastructures of all sectors, providing services to Public Administrations and Companies, as well as private construction companies and promoters.
We offer experienced equipment, on-site, connected with our central services and with our customer. The works equipment is supplied with modern management tools to establish the work methodology that best suits the construction characteristics.
The Technical Assistance mission, jointly with the continuous technical support to the Work Management, is the implantation and follow-up of the Technical Assistance works Methodology based on Supervision Plans.
An added value provided by Ayesa to the Technical Assistance works is the continuous and effective participation of the different technical discipline specialists who support the work management. In addition, they provide different computing tools like the documentation management systems that can be adapted to every customer’s needs which provide a comfortable and agile follow-up to the works evolution. We also have the latest quality control techniques, instruments, and resources.
