Construction and integral maintenance of the Data Processing Center of Caja Duero

The contract model has involved the development of the engineering services necessary for the preparation of relevant construction projects, as well as the physical implementation of the systems projected. Basically, the jobs include the project and execution of the Data Processing Center with the panel structure of rock wool in horizontal and vertical walls, including redundant support facilities for air conditioning, electricity, fire protection and alarm systems. The contract model has involved the development of the engineering services necessary for the preparation of relevant construction projects, as well as the physical implementation of the systems projected. Basically, the jobs include the project and execution of the Data Processing Center with the panel structure of rock wool in horizontal and vertical walls, including redundant support facilities for air conditioning, electricity, fire protection and alarm systems.

The main features of the two facilities are:

• Surface: 100 square meters.
• Structure of Rock wool panel walls, floor and ceiling RF 120, in compliance with standard EN 1047 / 2.
• Precocious fire detection system with technology of cloud chamber.
• System of water mist extinguishing.
• Air conditioning units with precision: 6 to 22.6 Kw.
• Uninterrupted Power Supply with 2 units of 100 KVA.
• Central Scada system with remote access.
• Sending alarm messages via SMS.
