Consulting service: which responds to the needs of Acuamed to efficiently manage the operation of their infrastructures. In conclusion of this works it will develop a “Guide to design criteria and procedures for operation and maintenance of infrastructure” that will serve as reference for the design of future facilities.

Technological assistance:Thanks to the experience of Ayesa in different systems of control and knowledge of advanced industrial standards, it has developed a computer system whose architecture is based on a simple data model, homogeneous and robust to accessing the different functional modules:

• The Scada platform (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) that recovers information through OPC connections to informatics systems Control Centers of each infrastructure so they can be accessible from Acuamed headquarters in Madrid and their delegations, providing the necessary tools for real-time display of operating variables, logging of warnings and incidents, historical information and management reporting.
• Exploitation and Production Manager that allows making estimations of the production of flows and keep track of deviations.
• Energy Control and simulation of bills by different energetic rates.
• Management and monitoring of maintenance performed by the exploitation of contractor companies of different infrastructures.
• Financial Control, which handles issues such as water sales and fees, as well as economic control necessary for the correct imputation of costs and incomes associated with each infrastructure.
• GIS application that facilitates the georeferenciation of the facilities and the most representative operating variables associated with the same.
